The Kathryn Leigh Thurgaland Foundation is participating in Give4Marion, a Marion County community-wide  two day giving event beginning September 15th and ending 16th.

Give4Marion is an annual 33-hour giving event hosted by The Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion that rallies individuals and businesses to raise funds for Marion County nonprofits.

​

Throughout the Give4Marion event, there are special “Matching Moments” when organizations match your donations, dollar-for-dollar, doubling the impact of your gift to the Kathryn Leigh Thurgaland Foundation.

​

For the KLT Foundation, your support helps us continue the work that has grown from Kathryn’s life and legacy through our programs: Grief Week, Kathryn Leigh Thurgaland Memorial Scholarship, and the Love of Life Festival.

If you are plan on donating and your timing is flexible, here are times for some of the larger Matching Moments:

Tuesday, Sept. 15
10 AM — gifts up to $100 matched
12 PM — gifts up to $100 matched
3 PM — gifts up to $100 matched
6 PM — gifts up to $25 matched

 

Wednesday, Sept. 16
After 8 AM — special DOUBLE Matching Moment, up to $100
11 AM — gifts up to $25 matched
2 PM — gifts up to $100 matched
4 PM — gifts up to $25 matched
6 PM — gifts up to $100 matched

There are additional matching opportunities throughout both days, but Tuesday at 10:00 AM is one we would especially love our supporters to help us take advantage of.
